《圣经》里大卫的《诗篇》第23篇

大卫的《诗篇》第23篇脍炙人口，句式虽然只有六句简短而圆满，极其优美。

广大信众喜欢诵读时，颇得安慰。因为，人生短暂，几十年的光阴，还没来得及数算，转眼间，已如飞般而去。

大卫王通过这首短诗，把现在和将来的事情都启示出來了，给人极大的安慰。

诗篇第23篇中英文： 

耶和华是我的牧者，我必不致缺乏。

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.

他使我躺卧在青草地上，领我在可安歇的水边。

He makes me lie down in green pastures,

He leads me beside still waters.

他使我的灵魂苏醒，为自己的名引导我走义路。

He restores my soul.He guides me in paths of righteousnessfor his name’s sake.

我虽然行过死荫的幽谷，也不怕遭害，因为你与我同在；你的杖，你的竿，都安慰我。

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, 

for you are with me;your rod and your staff,  they comfort me.

在我敌人面前，你为我摆设筵席；你用油膏了我的头，使我的福杯满溢。

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;

you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

我一生一世必有恩惠慈爱随着我；我且要住在耶和华的殿中，直到永远。

Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life,

中文的翻译确实更加优美，但是英文更加耐人寻味。中文英文都应该背诵下来！

整篇诗歌使用的词汇极其动人，其中的情景充满了上帝的能力和慈爱，里面的动词、名词、介词短语与形容词都好特别。

画面极其尊贵舒适完美。
